★ SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The technology has a wide range of applications, and can thoroughly treat fly ash, solid sludge, organic waste salt, cyanidation tailings, waste catalyst, medical waste, landfill leachate concentrate, chemical waste liquid, fluid sludge and other solid, semi-solid and liquid wastes.

○Cracking furnace

Combined type: (micro negative pressure) high temperature plasma waste gas treatment equipment is composed of superposition and combination in unit form according to the treatment capacity (Fig. 1)

Working temperature: 800-2000 ℃

Feeding device: frequency conversion control feeding

Ash outlet control valve: gravity induction, automatic slag discharge

Pressure relief device: automatic adjustment, fully ensure safety

Temperature sensor: collect temperature data in real time

Current sensing: real time acquisition of generator current data

○Vitrification furnace

Combined: (micro negative pressure) continuous treatment, continuous generation of vitreous

Working temperature: 2000-3000 + ℃

Feeding device: automatic feeding, automatic distribution

Outlet control valve: continuous automatic discharge

Temperature sensor: collect temperature data in real time

Pressure relief device: automatic adjustment fully ensures safety

Current sensor: collect generator current data in real time

○Second chamber

Combustion chamber: stay for 3 seconds, combustion temperature is higher than 1500 ℃

Temperature sensor: collect temperature data in real time

Make up fan: inject enough air to ensure full combustion of flue gas

Plasma generator: adjustable output power, accurate control of the second chamber temperature

○Waste heat recovery

The flue gas is treated by the second combustion chamber, and part of the waste heat is used to preheat the treated materials, and the other part is recycled to the cracking furnace to save energy.

○Flue gas treatment

Bag dust removal: remove the particles in the flue gas, and collect the fly ash into the glass furnace to form a glass body

Deacidification Tower: remove acid substance and sulfur dioxide by using reducing solution

Induced draft fan: frequency control fan, make the whole system work in the state of micro negative pressure

○ Module integration and step by step optimization

The system is composed of plasma incineration cracking, mixing and distribution of materials, plasma vitrification treatment, flue gas treatment, automatic control and other modules, and the system is fully optimized. The equipment is divided into three types: fixed type, skid mounted type (the world's first hazardous waste treatment equipment) and vehicle mounted type. It can be customized according to the needs of users to meet the treatment requirements of any scale and site.

○ Thorough treatment and environmental protection up to standard

It has completely realized reduction, naturalization and no secondary pollution. According to different types of hazardous wastes, the amount of harmful substances in hazardous wastes can be reduced by 92% - 99%, and the generated ash and fly ash will eventually form a harmless, recyclable and recyclable glass body. It fully meets the environmental protection standard of hazardous waste products.

○ Optimize the combination and reduce the cost

By optimizing the combination of plasma generator matrix, the service life of plasma generator is increased to more than 1000 hours, and the single unit cost of plasma generator is greatly reduced.

The operating noise is less than 55 dB, and the exhaust emission meets the "ultra low emission standard of regional air pollutants" and "pollution control standard for hazardous waste incineration" (GB 18484-2020)

The safety protection conforms to the code for fire protection design of petrochemical enterprises. The equipment is composed of modularization, which can be disassembled in a single section for cleaning, maintenance and replacement. The maintenance is very convenient.

○ The equipment occupies less land and is easy to install

The fixed equipment with a daily processing capacity of 20 tons covers an area of only 200 square meters; the mobile equipment is assembled in standard containers. The mobile equipment can work on the site of hazardous waste, so that the hazardous waste will not fall to the ground, will not be transported and transferred, and will be thoroughly treated on the spot.

○ Accurate control of furnace temperature to solve wall hanging problem

By precisely controlling the melting temperature, speed and other parameters, the world problem of furnace wall hanging is solved, and the furnace life is increased by more than 4 times.

○ Low energy consumption and high efficiency

The new process and classification treatment greatly reduce the energy consumption and improve the efficiency of the treatment.

The operating noise is less than 55 dB, and the exhaust emission meets the "ultra low emission standard of regional air pollutants".
